Plumber Reviews in Billerica, MA
Google's Reviews from the Homeowners
The Google feed runs unedited, because we don’t get to choose which ones show. Most plumbing companies stop there. We’d rather also set out exactly what we promised to do, so you know what you’re grading when the truck pulls out of your driveway. Four things, all checkable by someone who knows nothing about plumbing. Learn more about us and the people behind the work.
- Permit, inspection, and haul-away included.
- Booties on, floors covered, every visit.
- Emergency help, around the clock.

I contacted Opus upon being referred to them by someone they also did great work for. They showed up on time and finished a heating system job for me with the utmost professionalism and quality. I would definitely recommend them to others!!

“Had a leak in my water heater tank. Ricky and team arrived very quickly, same day to assess the situation. I asked if we could avoid swapping out the water heater and just buy the parts needed to fix (I was being cheap!) – he did he absolute best (a few hours) trying to extract the old part and replace it with a new one. He tried far longer than any other plumber would have tried. After several hours of attempts we all came to the conclusion that it simply wasn’t coming out. I ran to Home Depot (it was Saturday) and grabbed a water heater. Ricky and team had it installed within 15 minutes and my new unit is working perfectly.

Four Things to Grade Us On
The invoice matches the quote
You got one flat number in writing before a tool came out of the truck.
Put the two pieces of paper next to each other. Same figure, permit and haul-away already inside it, no hourly line for the time we sat waiting on an inspector. If the job changed, you approved a new number first and you’d remember doing it.
The signed inspection card is in your hand
On a water heater, a boiler or any
gas work, a permit was pulled
and an inspector came. You should be holding the card, and it should carry an actual signature rather than only a stamp. If nobody handed you one, that’s a miss.
The house looks like we were never there
Check the route, not the work.
Cellar stairs, hallway, the floor in front of the unit. Then check the curb, because your old boiler or water heater should have been left in our truck. You should be able to tell what we fixed and nothing else.
The warranty is on paper
One full year, labor and materials, written down rather than said at the door. Plenty of shops cover the part and quietly leave out the labor, which is the expensive half. Look for both words.
If We Miss One, Call Before You Write
How We Handle a Job That Didn’t Go Right
At the end of a job you get a review card in your hand, in person, while you can still see what was fixed. Not a text three days later when you’ve forgotten which company it was. Then we leave it alone. No chasing, no second follow-up, nothing offered in exchange.
But if one of the four came up short, call first. A wiped floor we missed takes ten minutes. A permit card that never arrived takes a phone call to the town. A warranty question takes us coming back out, which is what the year is for.
We’d rather fix it than read about it. Then write whatever actually happened. Contact us to get on the schedule, then hold us to the list.
The Clean
House Promise
The One People Notice Before Anything Else
Plumbing lives in the worst parts of a house, and every trip to the cellar comes back up through the rest of it on somebody’s boots. Booties go on at the door, every visit, including the ten-minute ones. Drop cloths go down before anything comes apart. Your old boiler or water heater leaves in our truck, not on your curb. Before we pack up, the floor gets wiped. It’s card three on the list above for a reason: it’s the promise a homeowner can grade without knowing a thing about plumbing, and it’s the one people mention first.
The Towns We Cover Across Middlesex County
Opus runs out of North Billerica and covers roughly a 20-mile radius, from the older neighborhoods of Woburn and Winchester to the affluent, boiler-heavy homes in Concord, Carlisle, and Lincoln. If your home is within about 20 miles, we most likely cover you.
