Plumbing Coupons in Billerica, MA

Six Offers, and Nothing Padded Underneath Them

A coupon page is usually where a company quietly lifts the price first so the discount has somewhere to come from. Ours come off the flat written number you’d have been quoted anyway, which means you can see exactly what each one saved you. Here’s everything currently running for homeowners across Middlesex County and the Merrimack Valley.

Is the $400 Tankless Deal a Rebate?

Our Discount, Not a Utility Program

No, and the distinction matters more than it sounds.

A rebate comes from a utility or a state program, usually as money back after the fact, and it comes with paperwork and eligibility rules that change year to year. The $400 is ours. It comes straight off the quoted price on the day, there’s no application, and nothing gets mailed to you months later.

We also don’t currently handle Mass Save paperwork or advise on what utility incentives are available for gas equipment this year. Some plumbing companies do. We’d rather tell you that than guess at program rules and have you plan around a number that turns out not to apply. If a rebate exists for what you’re buying, your utility is the place to check it.

How to Use a Plumbing Discount on Your Job

Mention the offer when you book, or at the latest when Rick is looking at the job. The discount gets built into the flat written price before you sign it, so the number in your
hand is already the number you’re paying.

After that quote is agreed, re-cutting it means writing a new one. Not a problem, just slower, and on an emergency call at eleven at night nobody wants the extra step.

If money is the reason a job keeps getting put off, offers aren’t the only lever. Bigger jobs can go on financing through Wisetack, and our maintenance plan takes 15% off repairs all year for $99.

The No-Surprise Number

One Flat Price, in Writing, Before Work Starts

Most quotes start an hourly clock you can’t see, then add trip charges, permit fees and marked-up parts you only spot once the invoice is in your hand. We hand you one flat number in writing before a tool comes out of the truck. The permit, the inspection and hauling your old unit away are already inside it, never billed by the hour. If we open a wall and find something nobody could have known was there, we stop and requote before going further. It’s also what makes a discount mean anything. Take $50 off a number that was padded to begin with and you haven’t saved a thing. The number you agreed to is the number you pay.

The Towns We Cover Across Middlesex County

Opus runs out of North Billerica and covers roughly a 20-mile radius, from the older neighborhoods of Woburn and Winchester to the affluent, boiler-heavy homes in Concord, Carlisle, and Lincoln. If your home is within about 20 miles, we most likely cover you.

Tips for Keeping Your Water Hot and Your Basement Dry

It’s about to get cold

Which pipes freeze first, what to do in October so they don’t, and what to do at two in the morning if one already has. Frozen and burst pipes  covers all of it.

You think something’s leaking

Stains, a meter still ticking with every tap shut off, a warm patch of floor. Leak detection finds where the water is actually coming from before anybody opens a wall.

Your boiler needs looking at

How often hot water and steam systems want servicing, what the annual visit includes, and which noises are worth calling about. Boiler service and repair  answers all three.
